Condor NVP2102 AxX

The Condor NVP2102AxX is a rugged XMC graphics, GPGPU, and raw video capture card based on the NVIDIA Quadro Pascal P2000 (GP107) GPU architecture. The card offers high-end graphics and GPGPU (CUDA/OpenCL) capability. The key feature of this product is its ability to capture “raw” video at full framerate, display that captured video with exceptionally low latency, process the video using internal video processing capability and encode the data for storage or streaming. The card has four 3G-SDI video inputs, two CVBS (NTSC/PAL) video inputs, and two stereo audio inputs. In addition, two 3G-SDI and two DVI or DisplayPort video outputs available. All inputs and outputs are available on the rear XMC I/O connector. The card is available as Conduction Cooled or Air Cooled. Also, 3U VPX and PCIe form factors are supported with carrier boards.

Condor NVP2102AxX is a one-card solution to capture, process, display, encode and stream data. It is ideal for applications such as ISR (intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance), radar processing and situational awareness. The XMC form factor card offer 4 GB GDDR5 graphics memory, 96 GB/s memory bandwidth and 768 NVIDIA CUDA cores. At maximum power consumption, the card provides up to 2.3 TFLOPs of single precision floating point compute performance (FP32). Another powerful feature is the H.265 (HEVC) / H.264 hardware encode/decode capability.

The video capture (frame grabber) part of the card auto detects the input resolution and frame rate and then transfers raw video frames over PCIe directly to GPU memory using NVIDIA GPUDirect DMA or to host memory. In GPU memory, the applications can do processing such as image analysis, image enhancement, 360-degree video stitching, sensor fusion, target detection and other GPGPU (CUDA / OpenCL) computations with minimal latency. The captured data can also be encoded using the GPU’s built-in H.265 (HEVC) or H.264 encoders directly from the GPU memory. Windows or Linux drivers and API are provided at no additional cost.

The Condor GR4 PCIe is a rugged, passively cooled PCI Express form factor graphics/video capture/GPGPU processing card specifically designed for rugged rackmount servers and ISR applications. Based on NVIDIA Pascal™ GPU architecture, it is available in two variants based on the NVIDIA GPUs — Quadro P3000 or Quadro P5000. This card offers exceptional GPGPU performance with both CUDA® and OpenCL™ support.

Seamless Integration and Future-proof GPU

The Condor GR4 PCIe captures and displays video data from up to four 3G-SDI video inputs simultaneously, supporting Full HD (1920 x 1080) at 60 Hz. It also has one DisplayPort video output that supports up to 4K UHD (3180 x 2160). The product supports PCI Express Gen 3.0 (16, 8 or 4 lane) when mated with a compatible computer. The maximum power consumption ranges from 85 W to 110 W depending upon the variant. It is designed to operate in harsh environments to withstand extended temperatures, shock, vibration, humidity, etc.

This product is ideal for a myriad of compute intensive applications that require 3G-SDI (or HD-SDI) data to be processed and displayed, such as, C4ISR and remote sensing / analysis. The product also has a built-in H.265 (HEVC) / H.264 (MPEG4 AVC) hardware encoder (NVENC) and decoder (NVDEC) and supports NVIDIA GPUDirect RDMA for transferring video data to the GPU with very low latency. The board design is modular and allows for GPU performance upgrades in the future. The product can be customized for other I/O configurations, video formats or form factors.
